Your energy levels go beyond how many hours we can sleep, how fit we are, or how much we eat healthy food!

Your energy includes anything that can energize you positively and negatively,  such as different people, places, activities, food, etc…

These things, which energize you positively, often make you happy.  However, when life gets hectic, we often do not allow us to do those activities. This is the reason we ought to treat them as our priority, not as optional extras.

Take time to categorize the two elements:

1.  WHAT ENERGIZES YOU?

Meditation, Pray,

Doing exercise, doing yoga, cooking, music, art,

Hang out with positive people,

Spending time in nature,

Walking with your dog,

Play sports, reading, ect

2.  WHAT DRAINS YOU?

Too much time online, social networking (Facebook, Tiktok, Games, etc)

Watching mindless Televison

Compare yourself to others

Being around negative people

Gossipping

Worries too much

Complaining

Eat and drink too much, etc

Take these as a guide for you and note what inspires you and what deplete you.

Be a positive person, and let your fragrance emit!
