Studies has shown that people who have more birthdays live longer!

That’s true, right! what do you think on your birthday?
– To celebrate it with family, friends.
– Have your birthday gifts and wishes.

Is that all? Hold on! I give you some more tips to make your birthday more interesting and meaningful!
1. Count your blessings: Focus on what you have at the moment. Thank God for those blessings, including family, friends, jobs, co-workers, your health, experiences and all ups and downs happened after a year and you are still here to show your gratitude.

2. Enjoy your journey: birthday is not a destination, but it is an event to remind us about your journey. Indeed, pause for a moment and reflect on how far you have come and how deep you can understand yourself and those who live and work with you. Review our attitude: how gentle and kind you are. Do you enjoy your version at the moment?

3. One determination: This is important because it will motivate us to be better in this new age, new opportunity, new chance and new potential. One practical thing needs to put into action! It can be 30 minutes exercise a day, reading 3 pages a day, speaking nice words to 3 people a day, less angry, pray for others, practicing a virtue (humility, forgiveness, tolerance, fasting,…), talking less and listening more, etc.

Hope you have a wonderful birthday, and each birthday is a chance to say thanks to God, to your family, friends, nature and yourself, to review and celebrate your voyage and to make a better version you by doing something more challenging!
