When you ask someone: “What would you like to have for dinner?” – WHATEVER! or “What do you want to be or your plan, your purpose of life?” – I DO NOT REALLY KNOW.

If you do not know what you want, others will tell you what you should want. In other words, you do not know the desire of your heart, then you will follow others’ dreams, NOT YOURS. They will tell you what you ought to do.

Do you like living another’s dream or life?
Do you want to be someone else, not you?
Do you really feel the inner peace and happiness?
Do you see you are living your life fullfilly?

If you are honest to yourself, the answer must be NO!
Therefore, first and foremost, you need to know your heart, know what you want to be, and know yourself. This is not easy because you need to be very honest with yourself. Spending a lot of time in silence and meditation. Here is the way you take an initiative and positivity. If you do not want to follow this way, life will force you to learn in its own way, which is full of sadness, disappointment, resentment, and suffering.

Next, to have an awareness of your dream, your heart, is not enough to make you happy. You need to DO SOMETHING to make it come true. It is said that: “If you do not sacrifice for what you want, what you want will be a sacrifice.”

Do something is taking a further step to process your dream. It would be harder than just thinking. Here are some suggestions for you to reference:
– Set a goal or goals.
– Devide your goals into smaller ones.
– Make a plan for those small goals.
– Prepare your energy and sources to complete tasks.
– Ask for help and reference, consult wise people and experts.
– Archieve your small goals, be happy with that try.
– Learn from failures.
– Enjoy the process and your life.
– Balance your life.
Then, you will see that life will be different because every step counts!

Now, in order to follow your dream, you have to go to sleep! haha, just kidding!

Take care of your health and your dream.

With love,
