One of life lessons is about to balance between to be serious and to be humor, discipline and flexibility.
One the one hand, we need serious attitude to focus and work effectively.
On the other hand, we also need to smile often to ease tensions and pressures.

Let’s imagine that you have been working with a colleague who never smiles. How do you feel?
Or a guy, in your team, always lives his life based on rules and regulations without any exception or flexibility.
As a result, he may not smile much because he just focuses to point out peoples’ mistakes, then, he will be angry because he, himself, cannot escape making mistake either.

Mother Therese said: “Peace begins with a smile.”
Thich Nhat Hanh, a buddhist monk, also addresses: “Please do not think we must be solemn in order to meditate. In fact, to meditate well, we have to smile a lot.” (Thich Nhat Hanh – Being Peace)

Do you know, smile or joyful is contagious!
When you smile or laugh, you make life more beautiful.
Smiles are not just for your happiness or peace, but also profit everyone near us.

If you need a reason to smile,
Just calm yourself down,
Breathing in to know you are alive,
Breathing out to thank about that!
Be fully aware of your existence in that moment.
You will smile to know that moment is great!

This moment is the present!

With love,
