Lord of love and joy,
This morning I come before You with a simple heart.
As I rise, help me not to rush into worries, but to begin with one small act of kindness that can bring light to the day. Let my first thought be a thought of love, my first word a word of blessing, and my first gesture a seed of joy for someone near me.
Teach me to see that even a little smile, a gentle message, or a caring act has power to change a heart and make the world brighter. May this simple choice set the tone for all my hours today, that I may carry joy wherever I go. Lord, bless this day and use me as Your instrument of peace. Amen.
