In 1994, Japanese scientist, Dr. Masaru Emoto demonstrated something extraordinary: WORDS CAN PHYSICALLY INFLUENCE THE WORLD AROUND US.
He asked students to speak negative phrases such as: “I hate you!” and “you fool!”, “I will kill you” to one set of water bottles. Another set was spoken to with loving words like: “Peace, Compassion, wisdom!” and “Thank you!” When the water was frozen and examined under a microscope, the results was astonishing.
The water exposed to negativity formed chaotic distorted patterns while the water blessed with positivity crystallized into brilliant harmonious shapes. (Retrieved from Thepowerofresiliance’s Facebook))

Reflection:
Here’s the most powerful part: More than 70% of our body is made of WATER. This means every word we speak send ripples through our cells, shaping our energy, our health and even our reality.
It can be seen that language shapes atmosphere, relationships, and even our own inner landscape. When harsh words are spoken, something inside us becomes disordered—much like the distorted crystals in the experiment. But when we choose compassion, gratitude, and peace, our hearts form patterns of harmony.
This reflection invites us to look inward: What kind of “water” are we cultivating in ourselves and in others each day? Our words can wound, or they can heal. They can create fear, or nurture courage. Ultimately, the experiment becomes a mirror, asking whether we contribute chaos or beauty to the environments we touch. By choosing words of kindness, we are not only shaping the world around us—we are shaping the person we become.
So, SPEAK WITH LOVE,
SPEAK WITH GRATITUDE
SPEAK LIFE INTO YOUR WORLD.
FOR DEAD AND LIFE AND IN THE POWER OF THE TOUNGE.
AND THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND THIS CAN TRANSFROM THEIR DESTINY.
With love,
Little-pencil
