Do you know each time that you are breathing, you are glorifying our God by God’s own name in Hebrew?

We started our life with the first breath.
When we are happy and joyful, we breathe stronger.
When we are in pain or suffer, we sigh. This is the long and heavy breath.
When we are older, we have to fight harder to have a normal breath.
And in our last moment, we offer the last breath to honour God and go back to the One who gave us the breath.

Each breath is the life. Each breath is God’s presence and the present from God. Let’s be aware of this blessing and make each breath more meaningful.
